Arrie Simpson, LPC, CSAT-Candidate, Brainspotting Therapist
Arrie Simpson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate with a background in PCT, DBT, and CBT. She received her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of North Alabama, her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University, and her M.A. in Counseling from the University of Alabama.
Arrie has a passion for helping people break free from negative cycles and patterns in their lives. She believes that with support and empowerment, individuals can live fulfilling and healthy lives. She specializes in working with clients regarding sexual addiction, porn addiction, and the partner and/or family members. Arrie also has experience working with depression, PTSD, anxiety, alcohol and drug addiction, and as well as chronic mental illnesses. Arrie works with clients in both individual and group sessions teaching coping techniques to help clients better manage their everyday lives. Other areas of interest include infidelity, marriage counseling, personal growth, shame resilience, and domestic abuse.
Arrie is available to see clients Thursday afternoons and Fridays.
