Elizabeth Wolcott Gibbons, Intern
Beth Wolcott Gibbons is a graduate student pursuing her master’s in counseling from Northwestern University. She also has 13 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Beth believes that anyone can benefit from a safe space for self-exploration through therapy. She is most interested in Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches and enjoys helping clients grow and heal through new insights and awareness. By meeting clients where they are, Beth works with clients to become more aware of problematic thoughts, beliefs and behaviors, explore their origins, and utilize tools to change patterns and increase wellbeing.
She is open to working with a broad array of concerns. Beth is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
