Is losing weight/getting healthy one of your New Year’s Resolutions? The sooner you start working on it the sooner you will achieve it, so start taking small steps TODAY towards that goal and all the small steps will begin to add up to big ones.
Change is hard, but the first step is not suddenly going to get any easier. So, there will come a time you need to step out in faith. Take that leap. This does not mean a complete overhaul of your dieting. It means you need to do the next right thing. What is that one small thing that you can do to get you going. Maybe you need to just add one vegetable to your meals each day. That’s it, nothing more. Before you know it eating vegetables will become a natural habit. Then you can find the next right thing and add that.
