No Excuses

Weight loss Wednesday tip submitted by Beck Diet Institute:

The weekend is a great time to fit in exercise. Remember – 5 minutes is ALWAYS better than 0 minutes. Likely the hardest part is just getting started and once you’re done you definitely won’t regret it.

My thoughts:

It is never too late to get started…again. Gyms will tell you that January and even part of February are the busiest times of year. Everyone is back on the weight loss band wagon. But then the gyms begin to thin out. The gyms know this. In fact, they are counting on it. It’s how they make their money. Don’t want to go to the gym? Then head outside or workout in your house. No Excuses.
