Procrastinators may say they do better under pressure but more often that is just an excuse for putting off a task. Perfectionists are often procrastinators. Perfectionists find it easier to never tackle a task that to face the possibility that they could fail. Gaining insight into why we procrastinate can help you begin to better manage difficult or unwanted tasks.
