Whole Hearted Living

What is whole hearted living? Brene Brown has been researching this for some time. She says…
“Wholehearted living is about engaging with our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion and connection to wake up in the morning and think, ‘No matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough.’ It’s going to bed at night thinking, ‘Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging.”

We come to this world from a place of scarcity. A place of not being good enough. We live in out shame and fear coming out. Some how we think that hiding and shrinking back into our shame is less scary than stepping out into the light and living whole heartedly. Admittedly it is scary to allow ourselves to become vulnerable but it is also freeing.
What are YOU going to do in order to demonstrate whole hearted living? Identify that ‘thing’ and how it will look in your life? What will be different?
